Happy Holidays to all and lots of wishes from the Central Globetrotter Hostel Team.

For everyone who is planning to visit Leipzig for the Wave Gotik Treffen in June 2011, we have just opened our booking process for our remaining beds. Sorry dark folks, no double rooms left but it is a lot more interesting to sleep in a dorm room anyway ;-)

And in case you are travelling with others, you could go for a 4, 6 or 8 bed room to accommodate your whole group.

We are having a guest kitchen, communal showers and a nice backyard.

The Central Globetrotter Hostel is closed from January 3rd-17th. We will re-open on the 18th around noon. For all enquiries send us an email, we will answer it during our winter break. Fröhliches neues Jahr an euch alle...

...und das neue Jahr startet gleich durch mit unserem Central Globetrotter Winter Special.            Vom 01. Bis 28.02.2010 kostet die Übernachtung im 6-Bett oder 8-Bett-Zimmer nur  unschlagbare 10 €.

Damit ist es amtlich, nach fast 10 Jahren "Jugendherberge" als geschütze Wortmarke muss das Dt. Jugendherbergswerk seinen 100. Geburtstag ohne das Privileg feiern, das alleinige Recht auf den Namen Jugendherberge für seine Häuser zu besitzen.

Das Bundespatentamt hatte ja schon Anfang des Jahres den Weg frei gegeben, allerdings ist das Deutsche Jugendherbergswerk in Berufung gegangen. Es hat nichts geholfen und das ist auch gut so.....

Iquitos, mitten im und am Amazonas.
„La casa de la frances“, mitten im herzen Iquitos und mittendrin in nem haufen rastafrisurtraeger aus aller welt, nen joint und davor, Ich.
Von Mancora aus, oben im norden perus, nahe der grenze zu aequator, bin ich wieder endlose kilometer runter gereist, nach Chiclayo. Danach Tarapoto, was fuer ne relaxte kleine stad mit super klima, dann Yurimaquas und von da 2 tage mit dem boot hierher.

Nach einem vollen Erfolg im Juli erfolgt nun die zweite Auflage der Bärenstolz-Party. Also für alle echten Männer heisst es am 10.10. wieder "Null Prozent Parfüm - 100 Prozent Mann".

Ab 21 Uhr geht's los im Stoned in der Kollonadenstrasse 15.
